My subscription courses say NOT ENROLLED but I think I have an active membership.

If you can’t access your Premium Membership or subscription course due to a “Not Enrolled” notice, try these steps:

  1. Verify your subscription status. Check the subscriptions settings page in your account. If your subscription ended due to a Failed Payment, use the 'Pay' button to get started again.
  2. If your subscription is active: Empty your browser cache and refresh the course page. Browser instructions to empty cache: Safari (Mac or iPhone), Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
  3. If you still have access issues, try logging into your account from another device or browser.
  4. Contact us. We are happy to help restore your access.
