My subscription courses say NOT ENROLLED but I think I have an active membership.
If you can’t access your Compass Membership or subscription course due to a “Not Enrolled” notice, try these steps:
- Verify your subscription status. Check the subscriptions settings page in your account. If your subscription ended due to a Failed Payment, use the 'Pay' button to get started again.
- If your subscription is active: Try refreshing your access by going to this link. Then proceed to your courses and see if the access comes back.
- If you still have access issues: Empty your browser cache and refresh the course page. Browser instructions to empty cache: Safari (Mac or iPhone), Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.
- If you still have access issues, try logging into your account from another device or browser.
