My subscription courses say CLOSED but I think I have an active membership.

If you are unable to access your courses due to a notice that the course is 'CLOSED' and you are 'unenrolled', please take these steps:

1. If you are a premium membership subscriber, make sure your subscription has not ended due to a failed payment.  You can check this in your account via the ' subscriptions settings' page. If your subscription ended, you can use the 'pay' button on that page to get started again!

2. If you don't have any failed payment and your membership is still active, please try refreshing the course page in your browser and emptying your cache: Here are directions for each browser: Safari ( Mac or iPhone), Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge.

3. If you still have issues, try another device or browser to see if anything changes.

4. Contact us and we'll make sure you get access again asap.
