My subscription courses say NOT ENROLLED.

If you are unable to access your courses due to a notice that you are 'Not Enrolled', please take these steps:

  1. If you are a membership subscriber, make sure your subscription has not ended due to a failed payment.  You can check this in your account via the 'subscriptions settings' page. If your subscription ended, you can use the 'pay' button on that page to get started again!
  2. If you don't have any failed payment and your membership is still active, please try going to this link to refresh your course access. Then go back to the course and see if it works.
  3. Next, you can try switching your browser and emptying your cache: Here are directions for each browser: Safari (Mac or iPhone), ChromeFirefoxMicrosoft Edge.
  4. If you still have issues, try another device or browser to see if anything changes.
  5. Contact us and we'll make sure you get access again asap.
