How do I change or update my payment method?
Important: Please let us know after you've followed these steps! We have a step that we need to do manually after you add your payment method.
If your subscription is active, and you don't have any orders that need to be paid, follow these steps:
- Log-in to your account and click on 'Subscriptions Settings' on the left side of your account dashboard.
- Click on 'change payment' to update your payment info.
- Enter your payment info and save.
If your subscription is on-hold and you have an order that is pending payment, follow these steps:
- Pay for the pending payment order by logging into your account and clicking on the orders page from your dashboard.
- While paying for the order, make sure you check the box to save the payment method to your account.
- After finishing checkout, go to the Subscription Settings page from your account dashboard.
- Click the 'Change Payment' method button.
- Confirm the payment method and save it to your subscription.
All done! 😎 You should now have your subscription paid and setup to run automatically, every payment period.
